Company: Altalya Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Altalya”, “we”, “us”, “our”)

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Altalya’s products, services, and platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Web and mobile application development projects
  • Cloud and API integration services
  • Edtech programs and online learning platforms
  • Marketing automation and communication tools (including WhatsApp Business API integrations)

By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Use of Services

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when engaging with Altalya.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.
  • Respect intellectual property rights and avoid plagiarism or unauthorized distribution.
  • Not misuse API, integration, or automation features for unsolicited messaging, spam, or illegal activity.

4. Service Deliverables

For development, integration, or educational services:

  • Deliverables, timelines, and payments will be governed by mutually agreed project or course documents.
  • Altalya retains intellectual property ownership until full payment is received.

5. Fees & Payments

Fees will be outlined in proposals, subscription plans, or invoices. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, code, designs, and educational materials provided by Altalya remain our property unless explicitly transferred.

Clients retain ownership of their proprietary business data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Altalya is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Third-party platform downtime (e.g., Meta, AWS, payment gateways).
  • Loss of data due to misuse or third-party interference.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Misuse our products or integrations.
  • Engage in unethical or illegal practices.

You may terminate your engagement with us by written notice to systems@altalya.com.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu, India.
